The scissors and pinking shears are completely unrelated, just part of my vintage sewing collection.
On the left are Henry Boker's Pinking Shears 'Made in British Zone Germany'. The large dressmaking scissors are made in the USA. The large pinking shears are Italian and branded 'Prodotto Ninci Comète 1948'. (I should get J to do some amateur translating for me.)
