I know there's nothing new in blogland about Japanese books but here's a little selection just received from YesAsia (which, by the way, is far too easy, convenient and beguiling!). Free postage, by the way.
I really like the fabric canopy hanging from the ceiling and this little smock dress.

I'm completely captivated by this moppet with her apparently self-cut (or maybe mum-cut) fringe.
I'm also quite fascinated by Nordic-land interiors and kid style.

Oh these are gorgeous. And you're right - that self-cut (mum-cut?) fringe is just TOO cute!
Please oh please don't tell me there's free postage at YesAsia...
Hi, Just found your gorgeous blog. Those Japanese magazines are just wonderful aren't they... free postage you say? Mmm, might just have a little look-see!
Great pics.... I love them all!!!

Thanks for the link! I love the Nordic style.. but I'm sorry the fringe gives me nightmares LOL, my mother used to cut mine like that and I look back at photos now and say "What was she thinking?" :O)
They are just so nice - all those rooms.... Does anyone really have places like that? If they do they would think I am a squatter if they ever came over for a cuppa!!!!!!
oh my goodness, beautiful eye candy!
And free postage you say???
Ohmigosh.. i am feeling a bit sick with the GOODNESS of these.. and thank you.. I'm settling in for a rather relaxing day tomorrow as it's SO conveniently a public holiday on Friday! Thankyou oh birthday fairy for your lovely scheduling! You are most kind to share these pics.. ya know?!
I agree, yesasia is very seductive. Twice I have "done my budget" there! Those kid room decor books are fabulous. NO, I must not visit yesasia...
