Come Home

Come Home, Vol 7 2007 ISBN 9784391624090

I know there's nothing new in blogland about Japanese books but here's a little selection just received from YesAsia (which, by the way, is far too easy, convenient and beguiling!). Free postage, by the way.

I really like the fabric canopy hanging from the ceiling and this little smock dress.

I'm completely captivated by this moppet with her apparently self-cut (or maybe mum-cut) fringe.

I'm also quite fascinated by Nordic-land interiors and kid style.

Ace!

I am very slow to join the Mix Tape revolution because I stuffed up my payment. Unbelievably Justine sold me a copy just as she was about turn the 'Open' sign over on the shop door. Whew!

I was so excited to get it in the post box and even opened the envelope with so much care that I can still use the envelope. (My usual style is to tear-rip.) And the gloriousness inside! I love-love the design and the content is fab. I've read it cover-to-cover. Now just have to track down all those blogs and links.

It's just ace!

Mix Tape

I'm looking forward to Mix Tape being published. I'm so excited because it's another creative publication and it will come in the post!

Martha, Martha, Martha

I accidentally ordered four Martha magazines today. I got a handy email from Amazon about 4-for-the-price-of-3. I thought, cool, I’ll browse and add it all up and see what the postage is. Then I deleted a couple of things I already had at checkout. Then I hit go… ammuh, and the order was processed. Wahhht! Suddenly I had bought four MSLs, one of which I already have! That’s what happens when I browse Amazon with too much time on my hand.
